College offers wire-wrapped jewelry class
A two-hour jewelry-making class offered by Vance-Granville Community College is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 21, from 10 a.m. to noon.
Alison Beal of Wake Forest will instruct the class.
Participants will learn to make wire-wrapped rings and earrings. They will also make their own pieces of jewelry during the class.
The total cost is $25 per person.
Registration in advance is required. The deadline to register is Tuesday.
