Northern Vance students earn certification in food safety procedures
Northern Vance High School recently had 30 students from its culinary arts classes complete the necessary criteria to achieve ServSafe certification.
In order to earn this certification in food safety procedures, each student must complete between eight to 10 hours of food safety training instruction online and successfully pass an online examination.
Those students who earned certification are as follows: Avery Adcock, Robin Anderson, Brenda Arias Garcia, Kymberly Brandon, Christopher Davis, Robert Depo, Brisia Felix, Quavon Harris, Jazmine Howard, Jamal Kearney, Jaelyn Obery, Makayla Pruitt, Sha’Tasia Seward, Rachel Stevenson, Brulicia Venable, Ty’Kiyah Wiggins, Tyrie Williams, Ta’Ziana Wimbush, Tianna Wimbush, Rashawnna Blackwell, Emoni Bowen, Destinee Cotton, Javona Hill, Ark’Quan McCord, Deja Overby, Marta Ramos, LaDaisha Rodwell, Jazmyn Street, LeDasia Taylor and Shannon Youmans.
