If you like to eat breakfast in the evening, your chance is coming next Tuesday.

The Henderson Rotary Club will hold its annual Pancake Supper in the cafeteria at Kerr-Vance Academy from 5:15-7 p.m.

Rotary Club members will be preparing pancakes and sausage, serving them up, and offering beverages. Seconds are allowed, even encouraged.

Diners have the option to eat in or take out.

All this is available for a donation of $6. Tickets may be obtained from any Rotary Club member or at the door the day of the event.

This event is one of several significant fund raisers the Rotary Club conducts. Proceeds will go to support local projects as well as international efforts.

Among the projects promoted by the Henderson Rotary Çlub are:

• Awarding college scholarships to local students.

• Participating in the Salvation Army’s annual bell ringer campaign.

• Providing school supplies for Vance Çounty schools.

• Supporting Boys & Girls Clubs.

Rotary International has been the foremost organization in the effort to eliminate polio worldwide. It has also taken the lead in promoting literacy, and bringing safe water and sanitation in parts of the world where those essentials are lacking.
