Students and staff at Kittrell Job Corps Center contributed garden plants to members of the North Central N.C. Boys & Girls Club.

Serving as mentors to the club members, their donations will help the children with the development of their community garden. The types of plants received included tomatoes, cucumbers, okra, zucchini, squash and several varieties of bell peppers.

Vegetables produced in the garden will eventually by used to help feed needy families within the community.
