After Hours event on tap in Warren County

The Warren County Business and Music After Hours event is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 26.

Hosting the event are Vance-Granville Community College, the Warren County Chamber of Commerce and the Lake Gaston Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center.

Hors d’oeuvres will be prepared by VGCC culinary arts students.

Bill Miller, president of the Warren chamber, will give the welcoming at 6:30 p.m., followed by Tim Ennis, executive director of the chamber, and Christina Wells, executive director of the Lake Gaston chamber.

Dr. Stelfanie Williams, president of VGCC, will also make remarks.

The Vance-Granville Community Band, directed by Ivory Brock, will provide music.

The event, free and open to the public, will be held at the Warren County Armory Civic Center, home of the Warren County Economic Development Commission, located at 501 U.S. 158 Business, Warrenton.
