Lake Gaston Festival begins Friday
The 30th annual Littleton-Lake Gaston Festival, organized by the Littleton Lions Club begins Friday in downtown Littleton.
Food vendors will open at 5 p.m., and street dancing with music by Steve Owens and the Summertime Band will be from 7 to 10 p.m.
The festival will continue Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with live entertainment, food, arts and crafts vendors, carnival rides and a Stray Cats Rod and Custom Show.
Money raised from the event will help fund Littleton Lions Club service projects and several local organizations.
