Hunter safety certification class pre-registration under way
Pre-registration is now open for a free 4-H and N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission Hunter Safety Certification class. It is scheduled to run from July 16-18, from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. daily.
Participants will learn orienteering, trapping, pistols and more. Males and females, ages 12-18 may take part in this class.
This course is required for all first-time hunting license buyers in North Carolina, and will be accepted in all of North America.
