Granville schools offering free lunches

Granville County Schools is offering free lunch to children ages two to 18 years old as part of the county's Summer Food Service Program.

The meals will be available all summer at the cafeterias at Butner Stem, C.G. Credle, Creedmoor, Mt. Energy and Stovall Shaw elementary schools.

Lunches will be served Monday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

The school system has requested parents pick up their children from the lunch sites by 12:15 p.m.

All meals must be eaten on site.

Lunches are available for adults above 18 years of age as well. The cost is $3.50.
