Auction arranged to benefit victim of automobile wreck

A benefit auction for Angel Wiggins Reavis has been scheduled for Saturday, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. It will take place at the National Guard Armory, 231 Dabney Drive, Henderson, next to Henderson Fire Dept.

On Jan. 22, Reavis, a Henderson native, was involved in an automobile wreck that left her partially paralyzed; she is currently being hospitalized in a rehabilitation center in Atlanta, Ga. Money raised from this auction will be used to pay for medical expenses toward her recovery.

Items to be sold at this auction will include: at 10 ft. JonBoat (valued at $650); a $300 gift certificate; a weekend mountain getaway; and several hunting/fishing trips. Donations are also welcome.
