Warren Family Institute holding school supply drive

Jul. 16, 2014 @ 10:40 AM

The Warren Family Institute is again collecting monetary donations and school supplies to support its back-to-school supply drive.

Last year, the institute collaborated with the Warren County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council to hold a back-to-school community forum where 500 students received a backpack filled with donated school supplies.

Items acceptable for this year’s drive include notebook paper, crayons, pencils, ink pens, glue sticks, hand sanitizer, composition notebooks, spiral notebooks and pocket folders.

Supplies can be dropped off at the Warren Family Institute, 427 W. Franklin St., Warrenton.

For pick-up requests, call Lori Parrott at (252) 257-1134.

Financial contributions can be mailed to P.O. Box 150, Warrenton, NC 27589.

Supplies and donations will be accepted through Aug. 12.
