Estate conference slated for March 19
The N.C. Cooperative Extension and the Franklin County Farm Bureau Board of Directors are sponsoring an estate planning conference for farmers and livestock producers at the Franklin County Cooperative Extension Center on March 19.
Registration for the event will take place from 8 to 9 a.m. The program will conclude around 3 p.m.
The conference will cover estate planning, how to assess farm resources, an overview of conservation programs, retirement management and more.
The conference is open to the public.
Lunch, refreshments and resource materials will be provided for free.
