Alert for victims of mortgage lending discrimination

From 2004-2009, numerous African-American and Latino borrowers within the community were the victims of mortgage lending discrimination. A suit charged Wells Fargo with steering minority borrowers into taking expensive subprime loans.

Recently, forms were mailed out to those members regarding Home Affordable Refinance Program Loans, Sub-prime mortgage class action suits, and Independent Foreclosure Review eligibility and settlement information. Those who have believe they should receive these forms yet have not should visit WellsFargoDOJConsentOrder.com or call 1-866-329-5282. The forms must be postmarked no later than June 25, 2013.
