Ambulance chase results announced

The Granville Health System Foundation recently announced the official results of the Granville 5K Ambulance Chase.

More than 200 participated in the event, and more than 750 people attended the food truck rodeo.

The overall first-place winner was Hana Baskin of Durham. Baskin finished the 5K in 20 minutes and 51 seconds, averaging 6 minutes and 42 seconds per mile. Baskin teaches math and art at Oxford Preparatory High School.

Second place overall went to Jeremiah Williamson, who had a time of 22 minutes, 10 seconds. Chad Lloyd took third overall with a time of 23 minutes and 14 seconds.
