Midnight Blue to hold pressure point seminar

On Feb. 9, Midnight Blue Martial Arts Academy, LLC, 101 N. Garnett St., Henderson, will be the site for a pressure point seminar.

Jack Hogan, a 10th degree black belt, a pioneer of pressure point work, and founder/senior master instructor of Hogan Karate International, will conduct the seminar.

There will be two sessions:

• Children — 11 a.m.-noon; $25 for those who have pre-registered or $30 at the door.

• Adults — 12:30-2:30 p.m; $50 for those who pre-register up until Feb. 8 (bring six people - seventh gets in free) or $60 at the door.

In other news, the academy is now accepting new students. Karate is available for all ages while Jiu-Jitsu is available for teens through adults.
