Medicinal take-back event scheduled for Wednesday

Operation Medicine Drop has organized a take-back event for Wednesday, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

Anyone with unused or expired medications (regardless of whether they are prescription and over-the-counter) may dispose of them through this program. There will be two drop-off locations: the Vance County Fire/EMS Dept., 188 Bickett St., Henderson; or the Henderson Fire Dept., Station No. 1, 211 Dabney Drive.
