City Council forum — A forum for City Council candidates will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the county commissioners’ room at the Vance County Administrative Building, 122 Young Street; forum will be broadcast live on WIZS-1450 AM and will be available for replay at wizs.com; doors open at 4 p.m.; candidates will meet voters before and after the event; forum will last around 90 minutes.
