NAACP — The Vance County NAACP regular monthly meeting is at 7 p.m. at the Gateway Community Center on Garnett Street; a youth session will meet from 6 to 6:45 p.m.

Board of Adjustments — The Granville County Board of Adjustments will not meet; no items are on the agenda.

Kerr Lake Nursing — Kerr Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation center, 1245 Park Ave., Henderson, is holding a family forum on dealing with grief at 6 p.m.; Shirley Thornton, RN, will speak; a light supper will be served; the forum is open to the public.

Perry Memorial Library — A “Let’s Talk About It” event will be from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Farm Bureau Room of Perry Memorial Library; books for the event are available for checkout.
