SATURDAY

NAACP — The Vance County NAACP is hosting a registration session for health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Gateway Center at 314 South Garnett Street; call (252) 219-0042 for more information.

Shrine Club — The Henderson Shrine Club’s annual Christmas Party and Ladies Night begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Henderson Masonic Lodge No. 229, 401 Brodie Road; dinner will be served and a program will follow; event is open to members, along with their ladies and guests.

Henderson Institute — The Henderson Institute Triad Chapter will hold a Christmas Party and brief meeting at p.m. at the Perry Memorial Library; open to members and friends; non-perishable food items will be collected for ACTS.
