Crime prevention council — Vance County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council meets at 8:30 am at Aycock Recreation Center, located at 307 Carey Chapel Rd. The Vance Gang Awareness Partnership, a sub-committee of JCPC, meets immediately after.

New Teacher Breakfast — New Teacher Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m., in the cafeteria at the Masonic Home for Children, 600 College Street, Oxford; insurance members are invited to set up business displays; sponsored by the Granville County Chamber of Commerce and Granville Health System.
